Happy Classrooms-2022

An one day Capacity Building Program organized by CBSE, CoE Bengaluru on the topic 'Happy Classrooms' was held at Mother Teresa Hall on August 26, 2022.The Resource Person Ms Anita Bijesh, the Principal of Delhi Public School, Bengaluru in her presentation stressed the need of happiness and gratitude in every day life .She enlightened the delegates on the topic emotional intelligence and its four pillars namely Self awareness,Self management, Social awareness and relationship management. The session was conducted through activities, anecdotes , retrospections and self analysis. The CBP commenced with the inaugural session. Principal Rev.Fr Johnson Sequeira introduced the Resource Person and extended the words of welcome. Correspondent V.Rev.Fr Charles Menezes inaugurated the session by lighting the lamp.Vice Principal Ms Rita Quadros coordinated the program.Ms Nayana Ramraj proposed the vote of thanks.Ms Helen Carnelio anchored the session.
