Admission is open to all children, irrespective of caste and creed, subject to the rules of St Mary's English Medium School and the availability of seats in each Grade.
Prospectus and Registration Form for admission can be obtained from the School Office on payment of Rs 400/-.
Parents should note that the Date of Birth entered in the school records will remain the same throughout the academic career of the student. We offer English as the 1st language.
Age Limit: Admission to school starts with Play School child should complete 2 years 6 months by May 31st respectively of that academic year while seeking admission to Play School.
Age Limit: Admission to school starts with L.K.G. A child should complete 4 years by May 31st respectively of that academic year while seeking admission to LKG.
Age limit for Grade I is 5 years 5 months by May 31st respectively of that academic year while seeking admission to Grade 1.
Date of Admission will be informed by the School Office.
On the day of admission Written Test will be conducted for the child followed by Interaction with Principal.
A candidate who has completed the All India Secondary School Examination, conducted by the CBSE, New Delhi or its equivalent like ICSE, SSLC is eligible for admission, provided he/she has a consistent good academic record.
There will be no Written Test, as admission is based on the candidate's Grade 10 performance.
The school offers Science and Commerce streams at Grade 11 and 12 level.
If there are seats, admission will be made on the basis of Written Test.

Overseas students need to have their Transfer Certificate countersigned by the Embassy of India. (Not applicable for Grade - 1).

Note: Applications without enclosures mentioned above will be rejected.
If the name of a student is struck off the roll due to any reason, her/his re-admission entirely depends upon the discretion of the Principal and the availability of seat, if re-admission is permitted.
Regular attendance in all Grades is a must for promotion. A student will not be promoted to the higher Grade if his/her attendance falls below 75%. Exceptionally valid cases only will be condoned to a maximum extent of 10% shortage.
Regular Tests, Monthly Tests and Terminal Examinations are held each year and promotion is based on total performance at these tests and exams and regular attendance. The School follows CBSE guidelines in the Evaluation and Promotion process.
