The Graduation Day of the Kindergarten section 2025-26

The Graduation Day of the Kindergarten section of SMES, Kannarpady was held on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at St. Mary's Auditorium. The program began with the academic procession of the UKG students. Principal Rev. Fr. Vijay Joyson D'Souza declared the ceremony open. The LKG students invoked God's blessings and the dignitaries were escorted to the stage. Alira and Purab of LKG delivered the welcome address. Ms. Dapsy Vaz, Coordinator of the Kindergarten section introduced the Chief Guest, Fr. Sunil Dominic Lobo who shared his innovative insights on value-based schooling.

The UKG students, dressed in convocation gowns and caps, received their graduation certificates from the Chief Guest and the Correspondent. Ms. Sherin administered the oath of obedience to the young graduates. The KG teachers conveyed their wishes through a song, and Ms. Bharathi conveyed a message to the graduates on behalf of the teachers. UKG students spoke about their journey of pres schooling and expressed their love and gratitude towards the school. V. Rev. Fr. Charles Menezes, Correspondent, presided over the function and appreciated the efforts of teachers and parents. The cultural program included a classical dance and a wishing dance by LKG students and a group song by UKG students. Maxim D'Souza, Vice President of the Parish Pastoral Council along with Principal Rev. Fr. Vijay Joyson D'Souza and Vice Principal Ms. Rita Quadros were present on the occasion.

Samvidha and Jeethan of LKG compered the program and Ashmaayu and Ancita proposed the vote of thanks. Ezra Dsouza and Nilana Poojary were the Masters of Ceremony. The program concluded with the Principal declaring the ceremony closed. Parents in large number witnessed the event.
