JCI Udupi City inaugurated a series of 111 trainings in a single day

On July 31, 2026 JCI Udupi City inaugurated a series of 111 trainings in a single day at St. Mary's English Medium School, Udupi. The inauguration was done by JC Santosh Shetty, former President of JCI Zone 15. He explained to the youth about the benefits of joining JCI. Rev.Fr. Vijay Joyson D'Souza, Principal of the school attended as the Chief Guest and appreciated the activities of JCI.

JC Deepak Raj, Director of the Zone Training Department, speaking on the occasion briefed the effectiveness of JCI training in shaping vibrant personalities. During the program, progressive Mattugulla farmer Mr Harish was honored with the 'Salute to the Silent Star' award. On this occasion, a JCI information brochure and the JCI Udupi City unit magazine 'Udupi City Waves' were also released.

Dinesh Rao from Karkala Ashok Rao Charitable Trust, co-sponsor of the training series, was felicitated during the event. The program was presided over by JC Pallavi Kodagu, President of JCI Udupi City wing. On stage, Basuma Kodagu, Director of the Training Series and JC Sameer Hegde, Secretary were also present.
