Annual Science Exhibition for Kindergarten kids2023-24

St Mary’s English Medium School, Kannarpady, Udupi organized the Annual Science Exhibition for Kindergarten kids on January 31, 2024. The exhibition witnessed great enthusiasm and blooming participation from children, who had the unique opportunity of exploring as well as expressing their creative scientific ideas in the form of activities, models and projects. The event gave a diverse hands-on experience to children and ignited the scientific curiosity in children. The parents were also provided an opportunity to view it. The students also got the unique experience of demonstrating and explaining their ideas to the judges which further enhanced their confidence, communication and inter personal skills, overall, a boost to their personality.

On the whole, the Science exhibition was a great learning experience for the students. The inauguration of the day was done by Correspondent V. Rev. Fr Charles Menezes, Principal Rev. Fr Johnson Sequeira, Vice Principal Ms. Rita Quadras and Kindergarten coordinator Ms. Rajashree Nayak through an experiment related to density of liquid. More than 130 tiny tots of kindergarten participated in this exhibition. Aikya Shetty and Nuzaim Rahoof from Grade UKG- A welcomed the gathering, K Deepak and Richelle Ancia from grade UKG- C elaborated the importance of the day briefly, Alvita Anne and Mohd. Arshan from Grade UKG- B extended words of gratitude. Ms. Nazia was the Master of ceremony for the day.
