Award ceremony of Accolades

The award ceremony of Accolades (Communicative English Course) was held on March 6, 2024 at St Mary's auditorium.Correspondent V.Rev.Fr Charles Menezes presided over the program.Mr Krishna Prasad Adappa, Ms Sanjana Adappa the Proprietor and the Administrator of Accolades academy, Mangalore were the guests of honor.Principal Rev.Fr Johnson Sequeira, Vice Principal Ms Rita Quadros and 7 Resource Persons who conducted the Accolades classes for the students of grade 3 to 8 were present on the ocassion. The Guest of honor Mr Krishna Prasad Adappa in his speech appreciated the efforts of students in improving the linguistic skills.He encouraged students to show active involvement in all the literary and cultural events with competitive spirit. Correspondent in his Presidential address emphasized the need to improve the vocabulary and the style using the languages to refine the quality of conversation.

Suha Fathima of grade 7 shared her experiences in the Accolades sessions. Ms Sanjana Adappa announced the names of the outstanding performers in Accolades classes and also the winners of the intra school Extempore contest conducted on February 28, 2024. The Winners and the best performers were awarded with prizes and certificates. The Accolades Resource persons were florally felicitated by the Principal.The guests were felicitated with memento. Ashish of grade 6 compered the program and delivered the vote of thanks.The program concluded with the school anthem.
