'Pratibha Sinchana'-2024

The 3rd edition of 'Pratibha Sinchana' St Mary's Talent fest and Funfair was held on November 9 ,2024 at St Mary's Auditorium. It was uniquely inaugurated by unveiling the tagline of the event 'Explore the star within.' Principal Rev. Fr Vijay Joyson D'Souza in his opening remarks stated that through Pratibha Sinchana the school aims to nurture the creative minds of tomorrow by providing them the encouragement and recognition they truly deserve. Chief Guest of the program Ms Joshal Sweeda D'Souza, a renowned classical vocal trainer, singer & actor in her guest address motivated students to identify their talents and sharpen the creative expressions. The outstanding student achievers of the school in the field of arts, sports and other co curricular activities were felicitated by the dignitaries. Correspondent V. Rev. Fr Charles Menezes in his presidential address congratulated the achievers and conveyed his good wishes to the budding artists.Total 47 shortlisted performers exhibited their talents through dance ,music and acting. The funfair ground buzzed with delightful food stalls and gaming zones providing loads of recreation for students, parents and visitors. Mr Maxim D'Souza and Col. Dr Athrur Rodriguez respectively the Vice President and the Secretary of Parish Pastoral Council, Mother of Sorrows church, Udupi ; Vice Principal Ms Rita Quadros ; Head Girl Purvi S Kotian ; Head Boy Shawn Elroy D'Souza were present on the stage during the inaugural session. Vice Principal Ms Rita Quadros extended the words of gratitude. Ms Rajashree Nayak and Ms Srinidhi Rao conferred the formal program. Ms Linet Castelino , Ms Venilda Rodrigues and Mr Lancy Mendonca anchored the cultural show.
