St Mary's Ruby Run-2023

An event of school's Ruby Jubilee was held on December 3, 2023. Ruby Run 2023, organized with a social cause of promoting sports and physical fitness received overwhelming response from students and public of Udupi District. More than 470 athletes in 3 categories successfully completed the race with true spirit of sportsmanship.

Above 17 Men and Women's race of 13 K.m was flagged off at St Mary's school campus by Ms Monisha M.N Amin, an international sports achiever; 5 K.m race of Below 17 Boys and Girls category was inaugurated at Kalmady junction by Ms Sushma G Bhandary, Police Sub Inspector, Malpe. Ms Sujatha Shetty, President, Ambalpady Village Panchayat flagged off 3 K.m race of below 14 Boys and Girls category at Ambalpady.

Ruby Run -2023 was organized under the sponsorship of Torpedoes Sports club, Habit -Saloon and Beauty retail, V4 developers, Harsha Group and D'Souza family. The valedictory ceremony was held at St Mary's Auditorium. Correspondent V.Rev Fr Charles Menezes in his Presidential address congratulated all the athletes for promoting the need of health fitness through active participation.The stage was graced by Principal Rev.Fr Johnson Sequeira, Vice Principal Ms Rita Quadros , Mr Maxim D'Souza , Col.Dr Arthur Rodrigues, Ms Juliana D'Souza, Shreevatsa Ballal-Prakash Retail Pvt.Ltd, Mr Gautham Shetty- Torpedoes Sports Club, Mr Karthik Shetty-V4 developers and Mr Justin D'Silva-Daiji World.The Prize list was officially announced by Vice Principal. The top 5 winners of each category were awarded with trophy, certificate and cash prize.
